With over three million claims adjudicated in the past 10 years alone, we have the data to forecast where coverage may be needed. We used this information along with the vast knowledge of our claims team to develop this VSC.
Additionally, we reviewed manufacturer service contracts to understand how the OEMs cover their own vehicles. This internal and external research guided many of the decisions that resulted in sharper coverage and a proactive approach to define essential components.

Simply call our toll-free number 24 hours a day, seven days a week for our sign-and-drive service or towing. Or, you can call your own provider and we will reimburse you up to a certain dollar limits.
We reimburse up to $50 per day with a maximum of $350 per occurrence for a rental vehicle when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs and the vehicle is deemed inoperable.
We will reimburse your meals and lodging up to an certain amount if you are stranded more than 100 miles from home due to a covered breakdown.
