CNA National employs over 300 people at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, and across the U.S. Many of our employees have tenure of five, 10, 20 and more than 30 years, which speaks to both the quality of our staff as well as to the culture of our corporation.
CNA National started on the premise of offering the best service contract in the industry, and we continue to make good on that promise to dealers. With a well-established service contract in the field, we began developing and launching other products, including limited warranties, GAP, tire and wheel, applied products and other ancillaries. In all, we offer one of the most robust product portfolios in the industry.
Our Claims Department operates so efficiently that we consistently pay claims with a turnaround time of two days or less—and we have same-day claims payment by credit card.
We offer two methods for submitting claims – via phone or online through a custom web portal. Dealers can choose one or both, and service advisors can use whichever system is convenient for them at the time.
