Dealerships or repair facilities submit claims on behalf of contract holders by phone or via the claims submission portal. If you are a CNA National contract holder who requires a repair to your vehicle, please take your vehicle to your dealership's service department or to one of thousands licensed repair facilities across the U.S. or Canada. CNA National must be contacted by the dealership or repair facility before repair work can be completed.
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a recognized industry standard that demonstrates a technician's expertise in various aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. For claims adjusters to become ASE certified, they need to pass specific tests and meet experience requirements.
The claims department can be reached Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM (Arizona time) and Saturday from 6 AM to 5 PM (Arizona time). For dealer partners with access to the claims submission portal, the application is available for 24/7 service.
The claims department pays claims by check, on average within two days of receipt of all paperwork. For even faster cash flow, ask about our option for payment by credit card.
