assistance
Simply call the toll-free number 24 hours a day, seven days a week for roadside assistance up to $50 per occurrence or towing up to $150 per occurrence. Or, you can call your own provider and we will reimburse you up to these dollar limits.
Rental car

We reimburse up to $50 per day with a maximum of $350 per occurrence for a rental vehicle when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs and the vehicle is deemed inoperable.
Trip

We reimburse up to $100 per day with a maximum of $300 per occurrence for meals and lodging if you are stranded overnight more than 100 miles from home due to a covered mechanical breakdown.

What does a service contract offer that a manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t?
In the event of a qualifying mechanical breakdown, a service contract can help reduce costs to repair or replace components that are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The service contract also provides additional benefits such as towing, rental car and emergency roadside assistance for covered mechanical breakdowns. The coverage continues until the expiration date of the service contract or when the expiration mileage is reached, whichever occurs first.
Can a service contract save me money?
Yes, the advanced technology in today’s vehicles has increased the complexity of even basic repairs. As a result, repair and labor costs are likely to continue increasing. The cost of just one significant repair could exceed the amount of purchasing a service contract today.
Can the purchase price be included in my monthly vehicle payment?
Yes, the cost of this coverage may be added to your monthly payment, but it can only be done when you purchase your vehicle. If you are financing your vehicle, ask your dealer for details.
What if I decide to sell my vehicle before the coverage expires?
You may be able to transfer any remaining coverage to the next owner. See the service contract for details.
Can I renew my coverage?
If you still own your vehicle before your coverage expires, you may be able to renew your coverage by purchasing a new service contract, subject to eligibility.
